Chief project manager

And that’s Maruska Popluharova, senior … well, she is the chief no.1. Whatever the project manager did was inspired by her. Apart from the beautiful kitchen we see today, she is always the person to look for help and enormous support. Muaaaah!

Scheduling manager

Lenicka Popluharova … apart from all the help setting up the restaurant, it is her exceptional professional scheduling skill that kept all of the staff working at the right time,at the right speed, and at the right moment with refreshments readily available from her. Kudos!

Brand Ambassador

Maruska Popluharova … in spite of several offers from big fashion companies she agreed to be “our” brand ambassador ….so if you see her somewhere in Prague, you can be sure she is advertising our restaurant. Well, if you want to see her sales skills, try saying “no” to her Avon products. We would like to thank her for being with us right from the beginning of the project.

Electrical engineer

Lukas Frey … our electrical engineer!!! Cheers to him for finding time from his tight schedules and lighting up Ganga in colours that it is today. He is the brainchild behind the décor and esthetic view of Ganga. He is the best we could have, our heartfelt thanks.

Technical Advisor

Well, the last but not the least…Vitezslav Plavec, the person who advised us from paper pins to tilting pans, from waste management to website development, our pillar of strength on which Ganga stands. We are grateful for all his help, support and patience. His cheerful, optimistic and carefree attitude has always been contagious ... hugs!!!
